HOW TO APPLY?
1. Submit Your Application for Enrolment
Complete and send us your Application for Enrolment Form. Make sure to include all required supporting documents based on the entry requirements for your chosen course. These may include:
• Verified/certified copies of your previous qualifications and academic transcripts
• Passport copy
• Evidence of previous schooling
• English language test results (e.g., IELTS, PTE, TOEFL)
2. Submit Your Application for Enrolment
Once we receive your application, we will assess it against the course entry requirements. If your application is verified and meets the criteria, we will arrange an interview with you.
The interview may be:
• In person (if you are already in Australia), or
• Via phone or Skype/Zoom (if you are applying from overseas).
3. Offer and Acceptance
After the interview, your application will be processed.
• If successful: You will receive an Offer Letter and Student Agreement.
• If unsuccessful: We will contact you to explain the outcome and provide advice on suitable alternative options or what you need to do before reapplying.
Carefully review your Offer Letter and Student Agreement. Ensure that the course fees, duration, payment plan, and all policies are correct and acceptable to you. If you agree, sign and return the documents to us. We will then issue an invoice for the first payment.
4. Payment and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
Once we receive your first payment (as per the invoice), we will issue your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
Use the CoE to apply for your Australian Student Visa (Subclass 500) through the Department of Home Affairs website.
5. Visa and Arrival
After your visa is granted, make sure to arrive in Australia in time for your first class and orientation session.
