This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design, and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. TRAINING & ASSESSMENT

Delivery:

● Supervised online: 6 hours/week

● Face-to-face: 14 hours/week

● Unsupervised study: ~5 hours/week

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

● At least 18 years of age

● Year 12 or equivalent

● CPCCWHS1001 – Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card)

● Course entry interview (includes digital literacy check)

● English proficiency – IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) within last 2 years

Accepted English Evidence:

●IELTS, PTE, TOEFL (equivalent to 6.0)

● 5 years education in an English-speaking country

● English Placement Test at IELTS 6.0 level

Duration

52 weeks, including 40 weeks of training and assessment spread over 4 terms of 10 weeks each and 12 weeks of holidays.
