Who We Are

College 21 was founded by a group of experienced Australian tradies who share a deep passion for the construction industry and a strong commitment to supporting the next generation.

After many years working on construction sites, supervising apprentices, and running building projects, we recognised a gap between traditional classroom education and the realities of the job site. We believed that training should reflect how the industry actually works.

That belief led to the creation of College 21.

Our founders built this institute with a simple purpose: to pass on real industry knowledge, practical skills, and professional values to trainees so they can build better futures for themselves and their families.

At College 21, students learn from trainers who understand the trade because they have lived it.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver high-quality vocational education and training that connects learning with real industry experience.

We aim to make education straightforward, practical, and accessible so students can confidently take the next step in their careers. Our Trainers

Our trainers are the heart of College 21.

They are experienced tradespeople and industry professionals who bring years of hands-on construction experience into the classroom. Many have worked across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, giving them a deep understanding of how the industry operates.

What makes our trainers different is their commitment to sharing their knowledge and helping the next generation succeed.

They understand the challenges apprentices and trainees face because they have been there themselves. This allows them to provide guidance that goes beyond textbooks and focuses on the practical skills, work habits, and problem-solving abilities required on real job sites.

At College 21, students learn from people who know the trade, respect the craft, and are passionate about passing their experience to the next generation.
